THE INSIGHTS:

-74.77% of parents whose children are aged 0-17 expressed concern that climate change would impact their children emotionally, physically, and economically. (PMC)

-The average age of new parents is 26-31 years old. (PEW RESEARCH, 2025)

-“The fashion industry contributes to 10% of global carbon emissions annually, more than the emissions from international flights and maritime shipping combined.” (Earth.org)

THE STRATEGY:

Get: New parents aged 26-31

To: Change their shopping habits to combat climate change

By: Emphasizing how shopping second-hand can positively strengthen the bonds they are creating with their children while keeping the family stylish
